Rates
A fee of $100 will be charged for the initial session. Subsequent sessions will be charged on a Sliding Fee Scale based on the client or responsible party’s current Combined Family Gross Annual Income. To determine your counseling rate use the Sliding Fee Scale found on page 4 of the attached Intake Form.

Please complete our Intake Form and bring it with you to your appointment.
Payment Method
Cash, checks, Visa and Master Card accepted. Payment is required at each counseling session.
Insurance
We do not file insurance claims. Please check with your provider for guidelines on health benefits. While alternative counseling is accepted by some insurance plans, others may require that you visit a state-licensed psychotherapist. While we are not psychologist or psychiatrists we are Certified Christian Counselors, Board Certified Belief Therapists, and Certified Professional Life Coaches. The foundation of our counseling is Biblical.
Charity Care Policy
LEC offers discounts whenever possible as our desire is to see lives restored. For qualification guidelines call our office today. We are here to serve indigent families in our community.
